The structure
We coordinate the foundations, framing, roof design, large door openings, and any loft or lift requirements with the engineering. A clear RV door height and a tall-looking exterior are two different things.
The environment
Decide how the space will be used, then define insulation, air sealing, ventilation, cooling, windows, and lighting accordingly. A conditioned workshop or living wing has different needs from vehicle storage.
The everyday details
Outlet locations. EV or RV power. The cabinet wall. Lighting over the workbench. The path from the driveway. Those decisions are easier to coordinate before construction begins.

Structure & insulation
Our high-performance design direction brings together 2×6 framing, full shear, and spray foam at the exterior walls and underside of the roof deck. The actual assembly follows the engineered design and your written scope.
Light & temperature
Low-E windows, LED lighting, and appropriately sized efficient cooling can make a workshop or lounge more inviting. Window placement, sun exposure, air sealing, and the intended use all inform the package.
Power for your plans
Discuss dedicated tool circuits, RV service, EV charging, lift equipment, and future needs early. Service capacity, circuits, and equipment requirements are reviewed for the property and included scope.

Can the garage match my existing home?
Yes—matching your home is our starting point. Bring photos of your home and the features you like. We review roof form, exterior materials, color, door proportions, and how the new building meets the existing property.
Do I need finished plans before contacting you?
No. An address, an idea, and a few useful vehicle measurements are enough to start. Your initial consultation and design are complimentary; you start paying when you move forward with an agreement.
What does the $185 per square foot cover?
It is a starting construction rate for the identified garage area. It is not a total price for every feature in a concept image. Living space, lofts, specialty recreation, and upgrades are additional; permit fees, required fill, unusual site conditions, and project-specific utilities are addressed in the project scope.
Who works through engineering and permitting?
